Refund policy
Refunds & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have lapsed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following types of goods are exempt from being returned and/or exchanged. We do not accept products that are of intimate or sanitary nature, such as:

A request for refund or exchange will NOT be granted if any of the following is applicable:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our errorAny item that is returned more than 14 days after the date of delivery.
Clearance items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately clearance items are a FINAL sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
To complete your refund or exchange request, all items must be unused/unworn and in new condition. We require all tags to be intact with receipt/proof of purchase and return authorization number.

You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs associated with returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund balance. However we will cover the cost to ship the correct item.
Depending on your location shipping times may vary.
It is highly recommended to use a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost parcels, and don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Receiving Your Refund or Exchanged Item
Once your return is received and inspected, we will ship your new item(s) or issue the refund as applicable. Refunds are issued immediately after items have cleared inspection, all monies will be returned to the original form of payment (i.e., PayPal, Credit Card, etc.). Most refunds post within 7-10 business days. HOWEVER processing times are in accordance with your financial institutions policy/timeline. If you have not received your refund, please contact your financial institution.
